Artificial intelligence is changing how we recruit, develop and retain - especially in the healthcare sector with its high pressure on skilled workers. In our new online training course, we show you specifically how HR teams can become more efficient and successful with AI and find employees who really suit your organization.

You will gain a clear understanding of AI in the HR context, learn about key terms, opportunities and risks and practise the practical use of various AI tools. The following main topics are covered:
What AI is - and what it is not - in HR
We explain clearly how AI works, what forms it takes (e.g. generative AI, analytical models) and what tasks it can usefully support in HR. We make it clear that AI does not replace human decision-making, empathy or leadership, but is a support tool.
Typical fields of application in human resources
We show key areas of application for AI in everyday HR - from recruiting and administrative relief to data analysis for personnel planning and talent, knowledge and learning management. Specific examples are used to illustrate the measurable added value that AI can bring to companies and employees.
Practical prompting for HR
We provide practical training on how HR professionals use AI tools in their day-to-day work - with a focus on good prompts. Using examples (job advertisements, emails, interview guidelines, HR documents), participants learn how to formulate clear entries and achieve reliable, high-quality results.
Data protection, ethics and fairness
We shed light on legal and ethical issues when using AI in HR - from data protection and data security to bias and fairness in recruiting. The aim is a responsible, transparent use of AI that consistently takes legal requirements and ethical principles into account.
New roles and competencies in HR
We show how HR roles are changing in an AI-supported working world: Away from routine tasks and towards strategic, consultative and people-oriented work. This includes new skills such as understanding data, the confident use of AI tools and the ability to combine technology with the needs of people and the organization.

AI in the recruitment of specialists
We use AI to support the entire recruitment process - from convincing job advertisements and publication on suitable channels to the intelligent pre-selection of applications. This means that CVs are analyzed more quickly, qualifications are matched accurately and suitable specialists are identified much faster, which saves time and increases objectivity.
Selection, interviews and cultural fit
We use AI-supported tools to structure selection processes, develop interview guidelines and obtain data-based information on skills, motivation and team spirit. At the same time, AI analyses help us to better assess cultural fit and potential in existing teams.
Onboarding and knowledge transfer
We design AI-based onboarding workflows and digital assistants that introduce new employees to tasks, processes and guidelines step by step. Intelligent knowledge platforms provide relevant information and learning content exactly when it is needed - this shortens the onboarding process and strengthens self-directed learning.
Personnel development, planning and wellbeing
We use AI to support individual development plans and learning paths as well as to design data-based feedback processes. At the same time, we optimize shift and assignment planning and make stress and satisfaction visible at an early stage in order to derive targeted measures for health and well-being.
